Refund Eligibility:

  1. Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the services received, please contact us within 30 days of service delivery.
  2. Product Issues: For issues specifically related to our products, a refund request can be made within 14 days of purchase.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and the reason for the refund request.
  2. Review: Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We aim to process requests within 7 business days.
  3. Resolution: If your refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Services: Please note that certain services may be non-refundable, such as:

  • Custom design services are already in progress.
  • Domain name registrations.
  • Services already consumed or utilized.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • For partially completed services.
  • In cases where part of a service package has already been utilized.

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel a service, please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service delivery. Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
