No. Monthly plans run month to month and you can cancel from your account at any time. Yearly plans are paid upfront for twelve months.
You get 14 days of Starter at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your first monthly payment is taken and the plan continues.
On Growth and Pro we connect your review profiles, learn your tone of voice and set up your reply process. It is a one-time $199 on monthly billing and is waived when you pay yearly.
We cannot remove genuine reviews and we will never promise to. We can help you report reviews that break a platform’s rules, and we help you respond in a way that shows future customers you care.
